Okay, first of all as you know I totally prefer Jacob to Edward. Yes, I am talking about the Twilight book series by Stephanie Meyer. I have been excited to see who they have cast for various parts in the movie and anxiously awaiting the announcement of who would play Jacob Black. Well here he is: Jacob Black
All I can say is what the heck!!! He looks like he is 9 years old. What, are they going to wait 15 years to be able to film the next movie so that he can grow up??? That is not the Jacob that lives in my mind!!! Needless to say, I am very disappointed - I feel like someone who loves Edward had a hand in the choice of this actor!!!

yeah that is wierd. That is the problem with a movie. They never are never all that you want them to be.
He starred in "Shark boy and Lava girl" (possibly the worst movie ever made). I agree with you- he stinks!
It is very weird, but he only has such a small tiny role(ok so he does tell Bella basically that Edward IS a vampire), in the first book, so maybe he is just a stand in till the real Jacob is found!!!

I totally agree with you! I heard though that they're getting a look alike actor to actually play the older Jacob because he is going to grow so much in such a short period of time. But that's a rumor on a fan site that I read so I'm not sure if it's true!
That is so funny that you prefer Jacob to Edward- I do too- I am not at all interested in a cold stone marble perfect moving statue as a leading character.
