Hema had a blast at preschool today. He was in charge of the treat and I was trying to explain what an April Fools Day trick was. Just when I thought he was getting it, I asked him what he wanted to a take as a treat to fool his classmates. He said, "lettuce! That would be funny." and then just started laughing. Yeah, as a snack for a bunch of 4-5 year olds would be a trick, but not such a fun snack! We settled on these hamburger cookies.

Hema was thrilled to share them with his class!
They looked much more realistic in real life. Fun and easy to make. However, most kids don't really like the coconut!
Then they had an Easter Egg Hunt in the snow. They had to find only the eggs with their name on them. What a fun day!!What fun tricks are you playing today?
