Through the years I have heard people talk about Costco a lot. Some people LOVE Costco (I am one of those people) and some think it is all hype. I've heard all the arguments about how paying an annual fee to buy a bunch of stuff you can't use before it goes bad isn't a good deal. But I love to go to Costco - and so does my hubby. I love that they always have new and different things there, like the awesome temple pictures that are at the AF Costco this week (and yes I did buy one). I love the produce. You can sometimes find produce cheaper elsewhere, but almost never better quality for the price. I like not feeling like it is a gamble to pick a watermelon or pineapple just to save a few cents. I love the free samples - nothing keeps 2 kids happier in a cart than little treats and snacks that are handed out as you shop! I would also say that most people can't argue with the fact the Costco has awesome gas prices.
That's right - $2.77 today!!!
Some things however, I really can't understand buying in bulk. Today I saw a large piece of Parmesan cheese and had to take a picture when I saw the price. 
That's right $435.46 for Parmesan cheese! Granted, it was a very large piece of cheese and we do love cheese.
But seriously, does anyone really spend over $400 on cheese?

So did you buy the cheese? That is great that you were taking pictures in Costco! You really are a bloggin' fool! It is really crazy to have a hunk of cheese like that. WOW! I don't think I have ever seen anything like it. Too Funny!!! Like the gas price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am a total costco lover too. My hubby and I got there and we have to walk every isle just for fun. and we always spend way more then we should. and we always buy gas there as well.
Whoa nelly! The size and the price. We love Costco too, I could spend hours there.

LOL, that looks like a great snack size in Hema's hands! I actually know a restaurant owner or two that would snatch that right up. Costco is ok, but we are Sam's Club people ourselves. It all works out, though since Kirsten has Costco, we have all the bases covered in our family!

I am laughing at the last comment- I am a CostCo fan, for sure, as are the boys- I have never been disappointed at the quality of anything I've bought there. I guess I haven't scoured the store enough either though because I have never ever seen that much cheese!! Freak!! I wonder if it is still there!!
Costco scares me. It's too big. I've gone twice with Dirk, and I manage to buy a box of Cheerios before I want to leave. Sigh. Costco is just wasted on me.
And that's a huge chunk of cheese! I love that you photographed it right there in the store.
