Halloween

Halloween was so much fun this year. Both Hema and Vela were both so excited. We went back and forth on what the kids were going to be right up until the end. Here is what we ended up with:
Batman, a Lobster and a Princess who refused to wear her crown.

First we went to our ward trunk or treat where is poured rain, but we still had a great turn out. Little Hema didn't mind the rain, Vela went with dad under the umbrella and Cora and Mom stayed in the car and handed out candy.
Then we headed to dinner. Vela is getting
 pretty good with her chopsticks!
After dinner we headed home for trick or treating. The little Lobster costume was plenty warm and Cora seemed pretty content in it.
But she didn't go out, she stayed home in the warm house with mom to pass out candy. I couldn't get enough of her in this cuddly costume!
Dad took Hema and Vela trick or treating and they loved it!
Vela said, "I knock the door and say treat and they gib me candy and I wub chocolate  and I wub trick treat." So cute!! They got too much candy and had a great time. This morning Vela got up and wanted to put her costume on again. I told her we needed to get ready for church and she said, "I no go church I go trick treat I wub it!" So funny! I wub how she says wub for love!

Today is Hema's sweet birth mama's birthday!
Happy Birthday and Halloween Katie!!!
We love you forever and are super excited to see you tomorrow!!!
